Kruger Park Lodge is a 94 hectare golfing estate. Shares are purchased in Kruger Park Lodge share-block Ltd. The share-block may not be bonded, encumbered or used as security or collateral.
There is no money owing on the property, however on the Sectional title/ Whole-ownership sales people may convert their shares over to Sectional title, and take transfer of their properties. In this case they may raise a bond over their property.

PRODUCTS SELLING:

TIME-SHARE: Where you purchase a particular week in a particular chalet in perpetuity (84 Chalets).

SYNDICATION: Where you purchase a particular module in a particular chalet, giving you 4 weeks a year, as co-owner of the syndicate chalet.

FRACTIONAL OWNERSHIP: Where you purchase two, two week modules, which makes up four weeks.
You can buy two weeks in one month and two weeks in another month consecutively,
or purchase all four weeks together. The modules is fixed and does not rotate like the syndication.

SECTIONAL TITLE / SOLE OWNERSHIP: Where you purchase a package stand/building/furniture, and then have to decide on a particular building design to be built for you (150 stands/plots). RESALES also available.
